Ten AI agents. One signature.
The Hybrid V10 roster maps to the functions every business runs on. Ten AI agents produce the work; one human seat approves what leaves the building.
Quick answer
Hybrid V10 fields ten AI agent seats — chief of staff, sales, marketing, content, finance, customer service, research, operations, people, and web & tech — each scoped to a universal business function, not an industry. Every consequential action each seat proposes queues for one human approval. The roster is the product design; it is documented here in full.
The seats are deliberately boring. Not “growth hacker” or “vision officer” — the departments you would find in any operating company, sized for a team of one. That is the point: a business-in-a-box that fits whatever business you run.
Each seat below lists two things honestly: what the agent takes over, and what stays with the human. If a seat ever grows a third list — things it hides from you — that seat gets retired.
Chief of Staff
The orchestrator. Turns a stated goal into assigned work, routes tasks across seats 02–10, chases deadlines, and maintains the single approval queue the human works from.
Sales
Keeps the pipeline current, drafts outreach in your voice, and assembles follow-up sequences that sit unsent until you release them.
RevenueMarketing
Plans campaigns, maintains the social calendar, and drafts ads against your brand’s actual language — not generic copy.
GrowthContent
Blog posts, newsletters, and site copy drafted in your voice, with every factual claim sourced before it reaches you.
VoiceFinance
Chases invoices, reconciles the books against statements, and writes a plain-language money summary on the first of each month.
BooksCustomer Service
Triages the inbox overnight and attaches a drafted reply to each customer’s history. Sends nothing without a signature.
SupportResearch
Market, competitor, and vendor briefs — with sources listed so you can check any claim yourself.
IntelligenceOperations
Tracks projects, chases deadlines, and writes the way you work down so it stops living in one person’s head.
DeliveryPeople / HR
Drafts job posts, screens candidates into honest summaries, and keeps onboarding checklists current.
TeamWeb & Tech
Builds and maintains sites and wires automations between the tools you already pay for.
SystemsYou.
Every send, spend, and publish crosses your desk first. The agents propose; you decide. That is the hybrid in Hybrid V10.
What every seat has in common
Three rules hold across the roster. Each seat shows its sources — research cites, drafts reference the brief, summaries link the statements they summarize. Each seat proposes rather than acts on anything consequential. And each seat keeps an audit trail — what it did, when, and which version of its instructions it was running.
Why ten, exactly
Ten is not a marketing number; it is the count of functions that survive when you strip a company to what must exist for it to operate. Fewer seats and the model has gaps one person still has to cover. More and you are paying for titles, not work. The count is a design constraint the build is held to — the V10 in the name is a promise that the roster does not quietly grow.
Where the roster came from
The seats were proposed, argued down, and approved in that order. An earlier draft carried a transaction-coordinator seat; it was cut for being too industry-specific. The roster as published is the approved version, and any future change gets the same treatment — proposed, justified against the ten-function constraint, and noted on the journal.
Seat questions, answered
Do the ten agents run on their own?
They run work, not decisions. Each seat executes its function and queues its outputs; anything that reaches a customer, a vendor, a bank, or the public waits for the human seat’s release.
Does the roster assume a particular industry?
No. The seats map to functions every operating business runs — selling, marketing, keeping books, answering customers. A law office and a landscaping company hire the same ten seats and brief them differently.
Can I hire these seats today?
Not yet. Hybrid V10 is a concept in development; this page documents the design. When seats open for real pilots, the interest list hears first.
Why is the human seat drawn larger in the brand mark?
Because the hierarchy is the product. Ten capable agents and one accountable human — the mark draws what the model means.
