A company being built in public.
Hybrid V10 is an independent concept: ten AI agents that cover the work a business runs on, one human who approves what matters. This page is the honest state of the build.
Quick answer
Hybrid V10 is a concept in open development, not a shipping product. The name means ten agent seats plus one human approver. The design, the roster, and the build decisions are documented publicly as they are made — including on this page, where the current status is kept current.
What the name means
V10 is the seat count: ten AI agents, each scoped to one universal business function. Hybrid is the operating principle: one human in the loop, approving every send, spend, and publish. Say the two together and you have the whole thesis — capable machines, accountable human.
Why build this
Small companies have always had the same problem: the work a business runs on outpaces the people it can afford. AI collapsed the cost of producing that work, but the tooling that shipped with it made the owner the operator — prompting, pasting, and checking all day. The hybrid model is a bet that most owners would rather hire a team and keep the signature than operate a toolbox. Ten seats, one approver, documented in the open.
The honesty policy
Three commitments this site is held to. One: no invented proof — no fabricated clients, results, prices, or benchmarks; where a claim needs a number and no source exists, the number does not appear. Two: status labels that match reality — the day seats open for pilots, this page says so, and not one day before. Three: the build notes stay up, including the ones where a design did not survive contact with reality.
Where the build stands
Concept stage.
- Brand, model, and the approved ten-seat roster are designed and published on this site.
- Seats are being built and documented one at a time on the journal.
- No pilots, no pricing, no sign-ups for service — the interest list is exactly what it says: a list.
Who is behind it
Hybrid V10 is being built as an independent company. It is not affiliated with any brokerage, agency, or platform — the model is industry-neutral on purpose, and the roster earns its keep for any operating business. Build decisions and their reasoning are published by the Hybrid V10 Team on the journal; when there is a team page with people on it worth naming, it will say so plainly.
Follow the build. The journal carries every build note, or join the interest list for milestone emails only — no spam, no selling of the list.
